How to check in on arrival​

All guests will be emailed the Gate Access Code. 

Please check your junk folder.

Friday - Manned Check in from 1pm to 7pm

Saturday - Manned Check in from 9am to 12pm

Arrival:

Arrival at the main gate

If on foot, please call 07563 822908 for a driver to collect you. 

​

Otherwise follow the Arrows up the main driveway up to a large open car park.

​

Leave your car / caravan / motorhome etc and belongings there and follow the signed footpath over the field past the wooden glamping pods to the main Alpine Lodge.

This is reception / check in. 

​

Once checked in, you will be allocated a pitch for your tent or directed to the camper / caravan area to set up. 

For those with glamping pods, you will be shown to your accommodation. 

 

NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE GRASS as this is a nature site. 

Wheeled campers / caravans and cars must use the hardcore areas that are allocated to you.

If you need help unloading your gear, one of our staff will assist with a trolley.

Please keep the Fire Route clear at all times.

​

If you arrive outside of the arrival times, 

ask for a staff member who will direct you to your pitch / tent etc.

 

All Hedonism guests will be given a Festival Wristband for the weekend which must be worn.

 

If travelling by train, your nearest station is Blythe Bridge. The venue is a short taxi ride away.
